Welcome to Riparian Media. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of riparianmedia.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make through our store, The Eel Suite. The Site is operated by Riparian Media LLC ("Riparian Media," "we," "us," or "our"), headquartered in Vancouver, Washington.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase or enter into these Terms. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms;
- Copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute Site content except as expressly allowed;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' data;
- Introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the Site's operation; or
- Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others.
We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Riparian Media and Eel Suite names and branding, case studies, blog posts, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Riparian Media and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used by Riparian Media without obligation or compensation to you.
Services & Engagements
Descriptions of our services on the Site — including monthly retainers, projects, hourly consulting, and workshops — are provided for general information only. They are not an offer, a binding quote, or a guarantee of availability, and pricing and scope shown on the Site may change at any time.
Engaging Riparian Media for any service is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a signed proposal, statement of work, or services agreement) between you and Riparian Media. No client or contractual relationship is created by:
- Browsing the Site or its service pages;
- Submitting a contact form or inquiry; or
- Booking or attending an introductory consultation.
If anything on the Site conflicts with the terms of a signed agreement between you and Riparian Media, the signed agreement controls.
The Eel Suite Store — Purchases
Products and pricing. We do our best to describe products and pricing accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions, colors, or pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit or cancel quantities at any time, including after an order is placed.
Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and a contract of sale is formed only when we confirm and fulfill your order. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll issue a full refund.
Payment. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, [CONFIRM: Stripe]. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any taxes and shipping.
Shipping. Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and refunds.

Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we don't control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of those sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimers
The Site and all content, products, and information are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Blog posts, workshops, and other educational or informational content are provided for general purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice. You're responsible for how you use that information.
We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riparian Media and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riparian Media and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
